Bonefish Grill rolls out special menu for National Seafood Month

Fast-casual seafood restaurant chain Bonefish Grill has introduced a celebratory “Dine & Discovery” menu in honor of National Seafood Month, which takes place in the United States every October.

The new menu, introduced 4 October, includes a three-course dinner priced for two at USD 50 (EUR 44.75) and features a choice of seasonal entrée including Fresh Swordfish with Pumpkin Ravioli; Wild Snapper and Shrimp; Cedar Plank Maple Bourbon Salmon; or one of the regional wood-grilled fish selections. The meal also comes with a signature appetizer – the Bang Bang Shrimp – and a dessert to share.

"We're offering our guests the opportunity to discover new taste sensations and experience the freshest fish of the season," Bonefish Grill President David Schmidt said in a news release. "With our chefs' culinary creativity and delicious flavors of fall, Bonefish Grill guests will be wowed all month long."

“Guest favorite salmon will get special treatment for National Seafood Month, with a Cedar Plank Maple Bourbon Salmon that can be paired with Charles and Charles Cabernet Blend from Columbia Valley, Washington. This bold, rich and textured wine provides the perfect balance for a richly flavored fish like Norwegian Salmon, complementing its intense flavor without overpowering it,” explained the company in the release.

The servers and bartenders at restaurant locations, known as Bonefish Grill anglers, will be on hand throughout the month to help consumers pair a seasonal wine with their dinner entrée. All corks collected during the “Done & Discover” menu promotion will be recycled thanks to Bonefish’s partnership with ReCORK, an alliance of individuals and businesses working together to collect and recycle natural corks.
