Second place went to Kristen Goodman of Waldorf, Md., and third place went to Keneeka Rodriguez of Fredericksburg, Va.

The contest included 10 Hooters locations on the East Coast, which served as a test launch of Phillips' crab cakes at Hooters. The item is menued as an appetizer, sandwich and entree platter. Prizes included $100 American Express gift cards to each restaurant's top-selling employee.

"We (Phillips) have truly enjoyed the partnership with Hooters of America. It has been an exciting process creating a customized crab cake for Hooters, in turn building sales for both parties," said Randy Spencer, director of national account sales at Phillips, in a press release.
