King & Prince announces contest winner

A corporate chef for a Nebraska-based marketing firm has won a cooking contest put on by American retail seafood company King & Prince Seafood.

Chuck Shrider, a corporate chef and business manager at Hockenberg Newburgh Sales and Marketing, won the contest with his dish, the Krabbycakes Bombay Street wrap. He won $500 and a position in King & Prince's training program. His recipe also appears on King & Prince's website.

"Congratulations to Chuck Shrider and thanks to everyone who participated in the recipe contest," said Mark Sutherland, VP of sales and marketing. "The submitted recipes exceed our expectations and show the passion behind the Krabbycakes brand."

The contest challenged entrants to make a recipe featuring King & Prince's Mrs. Friday's Krabbycakes, a seafood cake made from snow crab and surimi.
