Scotland’s Loch Duart netted the prize for seafood product line in the 2011 Seafood Prix d’Elite new products competition. The line features three smoked salmon products made with Loch Duart’s Scottish salmon: Hot Smoked Salmon with Honey and Thyme, Oak Smoked Salmon and Oak Roasted Flaky Salmon.
