Long John Silver’s, which operates nearly 1,000 restaurants in the United States, is bringing back an inexpensive fish deal.
From now through 28 May, it will sell its “Fish and Fries” dish, which includes one piece of wild Alaskan whitefish with a side of natural-cut fries, for USD 1.99 (EUR 1.81).
“Search your treasure map, but you won’t have luck finding a seafood deal like this one,” said Stephanie Mattingly, vice president of media and PR. Customers can upgrade their meal by adding a variety of other menu items, including golden-fried shrimp, clams, crab cakes and hushpuppies, she added.
The deal is available alongside LJS’s $5 Reel Deal Box, which allows customers to choose three Crispy Breaded Chicken Tenders, two pieces of battered fish or chicken tenders, or one piece of battered fish and three shrimp, along with an order of natural-cut fries, two hushpuppies, a 20-ounce fountain drink, and a chocolate chip cookie for USD 5.00 (EUR 4.55).
