United Kingdom-based convenience store chain SPAR is now stocking a number of seafood items from the Saucy Fish Co., marking a high point in the firm's aggressive nationwide expansion plan.
Among the Saucy Fish items available for SPAR customers is Sauce Fish's Salmon with Chilli, Lime and Ginger Sauce from the company’s Fish and Sauce range; Fishcakes; Salmon & Cod with Heavenly Hollandaise; Smoked Haddock with Vintage Cheddar; and Salmon with Rocket and Crème Fraiche Dressing.
Consumer shopping trends have undergone a shift as of late, with key demographics such as young professionals opting to make short everyday trips to food markets instead of taking the traditional route of visiting the supermarket once a week for big hauls, Saucy Fishsaid in a release. The company aid it sought to partner with SPAR in light of these new habits.
