Yihe Corp. to debut line of fusion-flavored salmon at Seafood Expo North America

Yihe Corp. is releasing a line of fusion-flavored salmon at Seafood Expo North America in Boston on 15-17 March. The line, called Alaskan Jack’s, will appear in stores this spring and includes four marinades and dour dry run seasoning combinations.

Alaskan Jack's features two individually wrapped six-ounce keta salmon filets in each package. All products from the line will focus on wild-caught seafood from Pacific Northwest waters.

"Yihe is bringing creativity and fusion flavorings to drive salmon consumption and repeat purchases," said Steven Chen, president and CEO at Yihe. "Consumers are seeking ways to add more innovative flavors to their food, and the Alaskan Jack's line delivers with a wide variety of delicious flavor offerings."

"We are delivering on our commitment to grow the salmon business," Chen continued. "We've had a year filled with many exciting product offerings that will enable us to remain at the forefront of category innovation. The great news is that we're just getting started."
