United Kingdom-based fish business Young’s Seafood has unveiled its new website featuring an array of meal inspiration ideas and spotlighting the company’s many products in an updated, innovative fashion.
The consumer-facing interface has been reimaged in terms of style and design, showcasing a number of new elements including:
- New carousels with meal inspiration ideas, from core family favorites to Gastro and Chip Shop;
- New recipe search function;
- New range and product pages, with a new ‘buy now’ linking directly to retailers where the product is available; and
- Refreshed, easy-to-follow recipes.
The aim of the new website, which was announced by the company on 29 August, is to encourage a love of seafood across consumer generations, said Young's Senior Brand Manager Keely Wade.
“Our new website is packed full of everyday fish inspiration,” Wade said. “We want to inspire people to love fish now and for generations to come, and our site shows delicious meal ideas that can be effortlessly created at home, and makes it easy for consumers to shop by linking directly to retailers.”
Young’s is a leading supplier of frozen and chilled, own-label and branded, fish and seafood based out of Grimsby, U.K. It has been serving up seafood products for over 200 years, according to the company’s heritage history.
