Brooklyn, New York, U.S.A. -based company Acme Smoked Fish Corporation will launch its new product, Everything Bagel Seasoned Smoked Salmon, to retailers across the United States this fall.
The new product features classic cold-smoked salmon coated with a classic mix of sesame seeds, garlic, onion, poppy seeds, and salt. It is ideal for traditional bagel sandwiches or paired with crackers and salads, Acme said.
The premium fish offering joins other smoked salmon flavor varieties in Acme’s portfolio, including its sofi-award-winning Pastrami Smoked Salmon and Gravlax Smoked Salmon. As with these other products, Everything Bagel Seasoned Smoked Salmon is a rich source of Vitamin D, protein, and omega-3 fatty acids – the product offers 12 grams of protein and 1,100 milligrams of omega-3s per serving, Acme confirmed in a 3 October press release. The new item will be available in pre-sliced in four-ounce packages, the company added.
A family-owned and operated producer of smoked seafood specialties, Acme’s offerings can be found in preferred stores, restaurants, and delicatessens throughout the U.S. The supplier’s seafood creations earned it a spot on SeafoodSource’s “Top 25: Seafood Product Innovations” list, published last month.
