The BigFish retail brand developed by Grimsby, United Kingdom-headquartered family-owned company JCS Fish scooped a total of five stars at the Great Taste Awards 2019, run by the Guild of Fine Food.
Its BigFish Traditional Oak Smoked Salmon and Traditional Oak Smoked Sea Trout products were each handed two stars, while the BigFish Lemon & Pepper Breaded Salmon Bites received one star.
As well as being stocked by independent retailers around the United Kingdom, the products are listed by online grocer Ocado and are also sold via the BigFish website.

JCS Fish has an annual turnover of around GBP 7 million (USD 8.5 million, EUR 7.6 million) and employs 48 people.
