Mike Voisin’s widow appointed to La. seafood board

Gov. Bobby Jindal has appointed Sarah Voisin of Houma, wife of the late seafood advocate Mike Voisin, to the Louisiana Seafood Promotion and Marketing Board.

The board’s purpose is to help strengthen and revitalize the Louisiana seafood industry and to identify threats and execute strategies to overcome them.
