Ebbe Pelle Jacobsen, chairman of Morpol ASA, has resigned, the Poland-based farmed salmon company said on Monday.
In a statement, Morpol offered no explanation for Jacobsen’s departure, other than to say that a reconfigured board “will be communicated in due time.”
The announcement comes just three months Morpol recommended new members to its board, including Jacobsen.
Also, less than a month ago, Mariusz Redaszka stepped down as CFO just days after starting in the role; he was to succeed CFO Steven Rafferty.
