Stig Jarle Pettersen has taken up the position as CFO of Cermaq ASA as of 1 July.
Pettersen was appointed to the position in late April.
Pettersen is a Norwegian state authorized public accountant. He most recently served as CFO of the Danish biotech company Affitech AS. He has more than 20 years of experience from leading finance positions in Hafslund Nycomed, Helicopter Services Group, Alpharma, Actavis and Xellia Pharmaceuticals.
Cermaq's project director Geir Sjaastad has acting CFO until Pettersen took over.
