The Seafood Handbook is back!

Fans of SeafoodSource's online Seafood Handbook will be glad to know that it has returned to the site. The handbook, written by the staff of our sister publication, SeaFood Business magazine, offers a comprehensive list of key information on more than 100 finfish and shellfish. The handbook includes descriptions of each species, habitats, tips for cooking and more.

Along with the handbook's return, subscribers to SeafoodSource's daily e-newsletter can expect new handbook-related content. Starting Monday, the e-newsletter will offer Species of the Week, featuring a species found in the handbook.
