Raw Seafoods hires Brad Ullrich as director of national accounts
Massachusetts, U.S.A.-based Raw Seafoods, a value-added shellfish and fish distributor, has hired Brad Ullrich as its director of national accounts.
The company said it made the hire “to add more sales focus on the national restaurant chain account and foodservice sector of [the] business,” it said in a press release. Ullrich's hiring is the latest in a string of new appointments for Raw Seafoods.
“Having a dedicated resource focused on the national chain account segment is a natural next step for us as we continue to build key customer partnerships throughout the seafood industry”, Raw Seafoods Vice President Scott Hutchens said. “We are excited to add Brad’s expertise and experience to the team.”
Ullrich is a seafood industry veteran, with stints at High Liner Foods and Fishery Products International. He has led sales efforts in both companies’ national account departments for top chains, and also worked as an Eastern division key account manager.
In his new position, Ullrich will focus his efforts on selling Raw Seafoods’ seafood appetizer and entrée products to the Top 200 national restaurant chain accounts in the U.S. and will work to expand the company’s growing penetration in the foodservice distribution market, according to the company.
