During its annual meeting on Monday, SalmonChile ratified its board of directors for two more years and elected its management council.
The board of directors consists of Cesar Barros, president; Victor Hugo, Puchi of Empresas AquaChile; Francisco Ariztia, Mainstream Chile; Jose Gago, Acuinova Chile; Ramon Gutierrez, Multiexport Foods; Jose Guzman, Pesquera Los Fiordos; and Alvaro Jimenes, Marine Harvest Chile.
The management council, which determines the company’s policies and guidelines, is comprised of 20 representatives from producer companies and 5 from supplier companies.
The council will be informed of the company’s performance and management bimonthly and has the capacity to promote and suggest various courses of action to the board.
