Guy Dean, Chairman for Sea Pact ◊ As Logan Kock, Vice President of Strategic Purchasing & Responsible Sourcing at Santa Monica Seafoods, steps down from the position of chairman for Sea Pact’s advisory council, Albion Fisheries’ VP/CSO Guy Dean is moving in to assume the role. Dean – who was chosen by Sea Pact to be its new chairman on 29 June – has been involved with the seafood industry for more than 25 years, and looks forward to working with likeminded industry peers in a new capacity.
“I’m honored to be elected to this role from my peers and people I respect in the industry, but more importantly, I’m grateful for the contribution and commitment Logan made in the formation of Sea Pact and am humbled to follow his leadership,” said Dean in a statement.
