It was that time of year again in July, when Greenpeace rolled out its latest edition of the “Carting Away the Oceans” report, wherein a number of major U.S. retailers were rated on their overall seafood sustainability status. As is often the case, the report has been met with ample criticism for its supposedly less-than scientific methods. However, the rankings have been a top interest this year for those who supply seafood to the graded grocers.
