Seafood Expo North America – Expo Preview

We look forward to welcoming those of you attending the 37th edition of Seafood Expo North America / Seafood Processing North America in Boston next week. With over 1,330 exhibitors from 52 countries, this year’s exposition will be the largest in the event’s history.

There’s a lot to see and do at the expo:

The conference program is full of educational sessions and includes a keynote presentation from an influential panel of chefs: Polly Legendre, Ned Bell, Jeff Black, Richard Garcia and Rick Moonen. Special events will take place in the demonstration theater, including the 11th anniversary of the Annual Oyster Shucking Competition, master classes featuring sea urchin and oysters, as well as several chef demonstrations.

Join us on Sunday afternoon for the announcement of the winners of the Seafood Excellence Awards competition. The Awards will be presented to two companies for the “Best New Retail Product” and “Best New Foodservice Product.” In addition to the New Product Showcase, which displays the latest seafood products launched in the market, the Featured Product Showcase highlights exhibitors’ finest products represented at the event, regardless of their introduction date to the market.
Navigate the expo with ease and have all event information at your fingertips, by downloading the event app – Seafood Expo – from your app store.
