The Awards will be presented to two companies for the “Best New Retail Product” and “Best New Foodservice Product.” In addition to the New Product Showcase, which displays the latest seafood products launched in the market, the Featured Product Showcase highlights exhibitors’ finest products represented at the event, regardless of their introduction date to the market.
