In-season and loved by many, unique snapper dishes are being featured at restaurants across the U.S. At Hemingway’s in the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Orlando, one of the featured Valentine’s Day dishes is Key West yellowtail snapper with green bamboo rice and tropical pineapple-ginger-macadamia relish. “The colors and the flavors take you down to Key West. We wanted to keep the dish familiar but different at the same time,” Didzunas said.
