While most chefs love working with decadent Alaskan halibut, similar preparations of the fish tend to proliferate on menus. In order to find unique halibut dishes, SeafoodSource sought the advice of some of the top chefs in the U.S., including Susan Feniger, who competed on Top Chef Masters and co-owns several restaurants as part of the Border Grill empire.
