Morpol is merging its wholly-owned subsidiary Marine Farms into its operations.
The merger is part of simplification and optimization efforts and will reduce Morpol’s operational and administration costs.
The merger is proposed carried out as a parent-subsidiary merger without consideration and is expected to be finalized in December.
