Atlantic Sapphire has filed an application with Euronext Oslo Børs to delist its shares from the marketplace.
The recirculating aquaculture system (RAS) salmon-farming company announced in May that it was planning to become a private company within the year and that it had entered a restructuring agreement to address its long-term financing needs. In August, it sold a majority stake of the company to Coral Holding, and on 13 October, Coral Holding carried out the compulsory acquisition of all remaining shares in Atlantic Sapphire.
The move follows Atlantic Sapphire increasing its bridge loan in late September, adding another USD 3 million (EUR 2.7 million) to the company’s finances. It secured an initial loan in April 2026 amid a cashflow crunch for the land-based salmon farmer.
The company said in its H1 2025 results it was expecting to see its first ever positive EBITDA by the end of 2026, and it posted an improved performance in H1 2026.
