Boneheads Menus Three LTO Seafood Items

Boneheads Grilled Fish & Piri Piri Chicken yesterday added three seafood items to the menu as a limited-time offer. Priced at less than $10 each, Boneheads Scallops, Crispy Seafood Platter and Jumbo Lump Crab Scampi will be available through the end of April.

Boneheads Scallops are lightly breaded, tossed in Boneheads' spicy aioli sauce and served over an Asian slaw of green and red cabbage, carrots, green onions, cilantro and a light Asian style dressing as an appetizer.

Crispy Seafood Platter features fried pollock, bay scallops and shrimp served with fries, Asian slaw and a remoulade of mayonnaise, pickle relish, onion, celery, lemon juice, capers and spices. And Jumbo Lump Crab Scampi, lump crab sauteed with a white wine, garlic and herb sauce, is a topping that can be added to any grilled fish entree.

"Boneheads continues to be a refreshing departure from popular dining-out segments such as pasta, pizza and steak," said Dave Fenner, Boneheads' product development manager, in a press release. "However, we have the unique opportunity to serve a delicious white-tablecloth dish without compromising our fast-casual price points. We continue to aspire to be more than an affordable, convenient destination, but rather a dining out seafood experience that doesn't take a bite out of your wallet."

Owned by Atlanta-based Raving Brands, Boneheads operates five restaurants in the Atlanta area, one in Boca Raton, Fla., and one in Lake Forest, Calif. The LTO isn't available at the Florida and California locations.
