Harvest Select Catfish of Uniontown, Ala., on Friday announced the launch of a new division, Harvest Select Seafood, which will offer a broader line of finfish and shellfish under the Harvest Select brand.
The product line includes farmed striped bass, Gulf oysters, Gulf shrimp, farmed alligator, whiting, mussels, clams and other wild and farmed species.
