The Marine Stewardship Council’s independent adjudicator, Michael Lodge, on Friday extended the time period for a “response in the remand in the matter” to 31 July.
Lodge had previously extended the time period within which to provide comments on the response to the remand to 17 July.
“Having considered the representations made by the objector, I have decided to extend the time for comments to 31 July 2013,” said Lodge.
