Bumble Bee unveils quarterly eBook

U.S. canned tuna giant Bumble Bee Foods has released it “BeeWell for Life — A Living Guide” eBook, designed to inspire and motivate readers to accomplish their wellness goals.

The eBook will be published online in seasonal installments and offers wellness advice, tips and recipes created in collaboration with Bumble Bee’s team of lifestyle experts including registered dietitians, fitness coaches and chefs.

The first edition is centered on the new year and spring and includes practical tips to set measurable goals throughout the year, how to craft a fitness routine that will last, quick and easy shape-up meals, how to get the most our of neighborhood farmer’s markets and more.

Bumble Bee introduced BeeWell for Life in 2008 as a signature program to encourage people to exercise, stay active and ear healthier using the dedicated website www.beewellforlife.com.
