Pacific revamps Salmolux brand, packaging

Pacific Seafood has redesigned its Salmolux line of smoked and gourmet seafood. The Sea Passion foodservice and retail line’s new look highlights the Salmolux traditional, quality process with a contemporary look.

The line includes herring, spreads and all hot- and cold-smoked seafood and will expand to include hot- and cold-smoked steelhead from Salmolux parent company, Pacific Seafood.

“The initial launch of the Sea Passion brand was well received in the marketplace and some store sales showed a noticeable increase,” said Bob O’Bryant, Pacific Seafood’s managing director. “Our packaging needed an update and I believe we have captured not only the character of our quality and tradition, but a look that will attract new consumers to our line of products.”

Based in Oregon, Pacific Seafood is one of the United States’ largest seafood processors and distributors.
