Prix d'Elite Finalists Announced

Finalists for the 2008 Seafood Prix d'Elite Competition were announced by competition organizer Diversified Business Communications of Portland, Maine, on Friday. Winners will be announced April 22 at the European Seafood Exposition in Brussels, Belgium.

Finalists will be judged based on taste profile, packaging, market potential, convenience, nutritional value and originality. Winners will be announced at a reception during the show.
