1.) This summer, The Fresh Market, a United States chain of 177 grocery stores, rolled out a variety of seafood meals that are seasoned and packaged with a cedar plank. This new line comes shortly after the chain launched a separate line of fresh prepared seafood dishes called “Meals in Minutes” this spring.
Prepared plank meal flavors include Mediterranean Salmon Plank with Feta Cheese and Brussels sprouts, and Sweet Chili Salmon Plank with Onion Rings for USD 12.99 (EUR 12.03).
Meanwhile, The Fresh Market’s “Meals in Minutes,” include flavors such as Cajun Shrimp with Broccoli, Salmon with Asparagus, and Tuna Sashimi.
