2.) Cajun Shrimp Pizza from Domino’s. The popular pizza chain’s largest U.S. franchise, RPM Pizza LLC in Mississippi, brought back its Cajun shrimp pizza for Lent. “It’s become a tradition for them…the pizza has been popular enough that they’ve offered it annually for more than 20 years,” said Tim McIntyre, vice president of communications for Domino’s. However, shrimp on pizza is not that odd, McIntyre believes. “Domino’s stores across Asia offer shrimp and other seafood toppings on pizza, and you can find shrimp on a number of pizzas at sit-down chains nationwide.”
