Spanish seafood processor Audens Food is launching a new product featuring cuttlefish at Seafood Expo Global 2015 on 21 to 23 April in Brussels.
The product is a croquette made with 55 percent cuttlefish, along with squid, onion, vinegar, spices and cuttlefish ink. The product, marketed frozen, is designed to go straight to hot oil frying.
The company described the new product as “the ideal proposal as a novelty tapa.” It will launch under the company’s PRIELA brand in the “Recetas del Mesón” range.
