Australian Fish Market Introduces Seafood Line
Australia's Sydney Fish Market has released a new line of seafood products under the brand Market Pride.
The items are available at 21 fishmongers throughout Sydney and Newcastle and include two heat-and-eat seafood soups, raw meal ingredients, including a mixed seafood medley, and easy-to-cook meals like fish cakes.
All Market Pride products are caught and prepared in Australia and feature lesser-known abundant species such as morwong and silver warehou.
The Sydney Fish Market is privately owned by the Catchers Trust NSW and Sydney Fish Market Tenants and Merchants and annually trades almost 13,000 metric tons of seafood.
