Bonefish launches prix fixe menu

Bonefish Grill on Wednesday announced it launched a prix fixe menu offering consumers an upscale but affordable dining experience.

The casual seafood chain is menuing a three-course dinner for two for USD 18 to 19 (EUR 12.66 to 13.67) per person, available through the end of August.

Diners can chose from a list of shared appetizers, individual salads and individual entrées with two side dishes, including Bang Bang Shrimp, Singapore Calamari, Wood-Grilled Authentic Norwegian Salmon, Sea Scallops and Shrimp, and Fontina Chicken.

“We realize this summer’s most sought-after ingredient is value,” said John Cooper, Bonefish president. “We are thrilled to offer our consumers this terrific every day value, without compromising our commitment to freshness, impeccable service and the quality dining experience signature to Bonefish Grill.”

Owned by OSI Restaurant Partners of Tampa, Fla., Bonefish Grill operates more than 100 restaurants in 27 U.S. states.
