Bonefish recognizes National Seafood Month

The Ocean Mixed Grill for Two comprises a sampling of the best Bonefish Grill has to offer on one plate — Chilean sea bass topped with warm mango salsa, Norwegian salmon with lemon butter, wild grouper with chimichurri sauce and wood-grilled scallops and shrimp with Pan-Asian sauce. Each sauce was developed specifically to pair with each seafood item.

The dish is served with a choice of two salads, two sides to share and seasonal vegetables for USD 19.99 per person.

“In the spirit of National Seafood Month, we wanted to take the difficulty out of ordering fish and help our guest navigate a perfect sampling — that’s the inspiration behind this ultimate assortment highlighting all our favorite pairings to try at once,” said Tim Curci, Bonefish founder. “Whether you are a fresh fish lover seeking Bonefish Grill’s signature recipes or a newcomer exploring new tastes and varieties, our Ocean Mixed Grill for Two is sure to turn anyone into a seafood fan.”

The casual seafood chain recently topped Zagat’s restaurant survey, taking top honors in the full-service category, and its seafood-focused menu was judged most healthful in the category. In addition, the restaurant won best full-service seafood chain.

Bonefish Grill, which is owned by OSI Restaurant Partners of Tampa, Fla., operates about 130 restaurants in 31 U.S. states.
