Idaho-based rainbow trout producer Clear Springs Food has added Rainbow Trout Burgers to its line of products.
Designed for the foodservice market, the burgers are made with 100 percent farmed rainbow trout, feature Monterey Jack cheese and are seasoned with jalapenos, lime juice, parsley, garlic, cilantro and chives.
The product lends itself to a variety of toppings, sauces and sides and can be sautéed, baked, broiled or grilled. It is also available as a gluten-free option.
