Clearwater Seafoods has launched a garlic cream Scallops & Sauce.
The Marine Stewardship Council-certified product consists of garlic-cream enrobed scallops is available now and will roll out to retailers and restaurants in North America throughout the year.
The product comes individually packaged in 8-ounce portions for the retail market and 6-ounce portions for foodservice. Scallops & Sauce are available under the Clearwater brand or can be customized for private label. The product is produced in a GFSI-accredited facility.
