U.S.-based Handy International has introduced a new canned crabmeat product that includes four different grades of crabmeat in one can.
Handy's Crab Cake Combo includes lump, jumbo lump, special and claw meat. The meat, according to Handy, is designed for crab cake recipes.
"The key to awesome crab cakes is that combination of crab meat," said Terry Conway, Handy's president and owner. "We wanted to make it easy for everyone to enjoy this Chesapeake tradition."
The company is promoting the product as innovative and environmentally-friendly, with less waste and packaging for its products.
