Phillips’ Flatbreads now available at retail

Phillips Seafood of Baltimore this week announced that Seafood Flatbreads, an appetizer on the Phillips Seafood Restaurants menu, is now available as a retail product.

Bourbon BBQ Shrimp Flatbread is spread with a Kentucky-style BBQ flavored cream cheese based topped with shrimp pieces, roasted peppers, red onions and Gouda and Cheddar Jack cheeses. Chesapeake Crab Flatbread has a layered cheese spread flavored with Maryland-style seasonings topped with wild-caught crabmeat, roasted plum tomatoes, onions and Sharp Cheddar and Jack cheeses. Asiago Artichoke and Crab Flatbread is covered with a seasoned cream cheese mix topped with wild-caught crabmeat, artichoke hearts, Mediterranean spices and Asiago and Gouda cheeses.

The flatbreads bake from frozen in minutes and are available in 12 7.4-ounce boxes per case for a suggested retail price of USD 5.99.
