Red Lobster rolls out new limited-time holiday menu

Prominent restaurant chain Red Lobster is rolling out its Holiday Seafood Celebration, a limited-time event featuring an array of new menu items geared toward the upcoming festivities, including Thanksgiving, to be celebrated in the United States.

Among the new seafood dishes taking top bill during the Holiday Seafood Celebration are the Grand Seafood Feast, which features a Maine lobster tail with a white wine and butter sauce, a crab hollandaise-topped lump crab cake, a garlic-grilled red shrimp skewer and Red Lobster's signature hand-crafted shrimp scampi; Wild-Caught Lobster-and-Shrimp Trio, featuring a wood-grilled Maine lobster tail topped with Norway lobster mac-and-cheese, paired with a garlic-grilled red shrimp skewer and panko-crusted red shrimp with Red Lobster's classic cocktail sauce; and Crab-Oscar Surf and Turf, with the choice of wood-grilled sirloin or New York Strip topped with a mushroom demi-glace and paired with a crab hollandaise-topped lump crab cake.

According to Red Lobster’s Executive Chef and Culinary Director Dustin Hilinski, the new menu embraces an "air of indulgence."

“This time of year sparks an appetite to indulge, treat yourself, and treat the ones you love – and there's no better way of doing so than with a seafood feast," said Hilinski. "During the Holiday Seafood Celebration, we're giving guests rich and flavorful options to enjoy in a variety of ways."
