The Saucy Fish Co. on Friday announced its range of seafood products is now available at retailer Co-operative.
Saucy Fish Co.’s Salmon with Chilli Lime and Ginger Dressing and Smoked Haddock and Davidstow© Cheddar foil bake bag will be available at 350 Co-op stores and over 2000 convenience stores throughout the U.K. from 8 April.
The Co-operative listing follows the recent move into 400 Sainsbury’s convenience stores and 140 Asda convenience stores nationwide.
“Our range of fuss-free dishes are perfectly suited to convenience store customers,” said Simon Smith, Saucy Fish Co. head of brand. “We’ve seen a recent growth in the convenience store market, so have every confidence our products will be well received by Co-op customers. The expansion of our convenience store listings puts us on track for our ambitious growth plans in 2013. We’re hoping to become a EUR 200 million brand by 2015.”
