Se han hecho públicos los finalistas de la competición Seafood Prix d'Elite

El organizador del evento, Diversified Business Communications de Portland, Maine; anunció el martes los finalistas de la competición de nuevos productos Seafood Prix d’Elite 2011 de la Exposición Europea de Marisco.

Los ganadores se harán públicos en la entrega de premios que tendrá lugar el 3 de mayo en el Auditorium 2000 del parque ferial de Bruselas, Bélgica.

Aparte de los dos premios principales al mejor producto minorista nuevo y al mejor servicio de alimentación nuevo, se presentarán cinco premios especiales en las categorías de originalidad, practicidad, salud y nutrición, embalaje para minoristas y línea de productos de mariscos.

Los ganadores del premio principal del año pasado (seleccionados entre 43 finalistas en representación de 14 países) fueron Prins & Dingemanse por su surtido de degustación de ostras y Grant’s Smokehouse por su bacón de salmón ahumado de MacKnight. Los otros ganadores fueron Dish Hospitality, Heiploeg Group, Krustagroup y Seachill.

Este año hay 38 finalistas en representación de 14 países. Son los siguientes:
