2.) Thibodaux, La.-based Rouses Supermarket and The Times Picayune rolled out a “Win Your Weight in Shrimp” recipe contest, which allows non-professional cooks to submit their shrimp recipes by 24 May. The winner – announced on or around 5 June -- receives their weight in shrimp.
