Restaurants chains across the United States are featuring seafood dishes for the Lenten season, which runs 14 February through 29 March.
While SeafoodSource recently revealed some of the top Lenten promotions from Captain D’s, Long John Silver’s, and other major chains, many other restaurant operators, ranging from quick-service to upscale, are highlighting new seafood offerings for Lent.
