1.) Bonefish Grill
Owned by Tampa, Florida-based Bloomin’ Brands, which also owns the Outback Steakhouse chain, Bonefish Grill regularly changes its fresh seafood offerings, as new items are in season or become available. Right before the start of Lent, the chain of more than 200 restaurants launched three new “coastal-inspired” entrees: Italian Seafood Risotto, Caribbean-style Fresh Cobia, and Rhea’s Norwegian Salmon.
The wood-grilled cobia is topped with grilled jumbo shrimp and grilled pineapple, while the wood-grilled Norwegian salmon is topped with jumbo lump crab, spinach, and a lime-tomato garlic sauce.
