Reinhart Foodservice this week presented its 2012 Supplier of the Year awards at its annual Supplier Summit in Lake Gevena, Wis.
And Seattle-based Trident Seafoods, one of the United States’ largest seafood companies, was crowned the winner in the seafood category.
Suppliers were recognized for their commitment to quality, food safety and innovation, as well as the value they bring to Reinhart and its customers. Winners were named in the other 11 categories, from frozen and refrigerated to dry grocery and produce.
Reinhart is the largest independently owned foodservice distributor in the United States.
