Wild Planet Foods is launching a lightweight, single-serve Wild Albacore Tuna Pouches.
Available in original and no salt added, the California company’s premium albacore tuna fillets are sourced from U.S. pole and troll vessels containing 600 percent more natural omega-3s and less than half the methylmercury levels compared to conventional tuna brands, it said.
The pouches contain a solid piece of albacore that is cooked only once in the package, sealing in the flavor. With no added water or oil to drain, the product is mess free and ideal for travel and easy meals.
The product retails for USD 3.99 to USD 4.29.
