Young’s Seafood launches its “tastiest” product range to date

United Kingdom-based company Young’s Seafood Limited is bulking up one of its heartland categories with the introduction of the new “Simply Breaded” product range, which features responsibly-sourced fish wrapped in breadcrumbs. 

The range – voted the “tastiest yet” by a panel of 200 consumers during a blind taste test of Young’s various product lines – comes encompassed in a newly-designed package that promotes a stronger in-store personality and presence. Moreover, the product range boasts crispier breadcrumbs and fish with an improved shape, explained the company. 

“Sometimes the simplest things are the best. We’ve listened to what our consumers want; succulent fish wrapped in crispy golden breadcrumbs with nothing artificial, and this has helped us to create our tastiest recipe yet,” said Yvonne Adam, Marketing Director at Young’s Seafood Limited, in a news release.

Set to hit retail shelves in August, the “Simply Breaded” range includes:

  • Young’s 4 Large Breaded Cod / Haddock Fillets (480g, GBP 4.00 RSP [USD 5.15, EUR 4.51 RSP])
  • Young’s 4/2 Breaded Fish Fillets (400g, £3.00 RSP /200g, GBP 1.50 RSP [USD 1.93, EUR 1.69 RSP])
  • Young’s XL Breaded Cod Fillets (320g, GBP 3.50 RSP [USD 4.50, EUR 3.95 RSP])
