Akva Group is attempting to buy out Plastsveis AS, according to a release from Akva this week.
Plastsveis, based in Norway, is a “leading company within Polyethylen installations and land based technology to the smolt and fry producers in Norway,” the company said. The acquisition, if successful, will complement Akva’s land-based business area.
Akva has entered into negotiations to buy part or all shares in Plastsveis. The company expects to finish negotiations during Q1 of nest year.
