Despite hopes of a pre-Easter price increase, the Sitagri Salmon Index has reported price declines for fresh headed, gutted farmed Atlantic salmon from Norway for the second week in a row.

Sitagri reported that Week 13, which occurred 23 to 31 March, saw a 5.4 percent week over week drop in the average per kilogram price for salmon weighing 3 to 6 kilograms.
